ATA International Announces the Business Council Members
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (August 4, 2022) – ATA International, the world’s largest organization dedicated to teaching martial arts to the entire family and with licensed locations across the globe, is pleased to announce the members of the ATA Business Council. The Council is comprised of independent school operators who work closely with ATA Headquarters to make a real impact on the activities, content, and direction of the business efforts of ATA academies – including marketing, sales, staff members, and financial management.
The Business Council members are:
Council Chairs - Chief Master Michelle Landgren-Lee, Chief Master Michael Wegmann
Guides the activities of the Business Council by listening to the members and to ATA Headquarters leadership in order to effectively address relevant business needs.
Communications Chairs - Senior Master Wes Boyer, Senior Master Corey Coffrin, Mrs. Elisha Coffrin
Communicates the Business Council’s efforts along with identifying and developing topics of interest to members for the Business Council meetings.
Program & Special Events Chairs – Master Maria Jouan, Master Morgan Shank
Recruits multiple volunteers for the committee in order to ensure a rich array of topics and guest speakers. Works with ATA Headquarters in planning business events, i.e., webinars, seminars at national events.
Committee Volunteers – Master Melissa Bilyeu, Master Carson Clews, Master Nominee Fairy Degener, Master Zach Hayden, Chief Master Nominee Tina Newberry, Chief Master Shane Sanders, Master Jim Wade
Execute specific functions within the committees they serve on.
The Council connects ATA schools and clubs with the kind of networking, knowledge, people, and programs that make achieving their business objectives more efficient and effective. As a martial arts business, ATA academies needs are distinct from those of the consumer marketing environment. The ATA Business Council is devoted to helping their ATA peers succeed.
